- 2 cans (15 oz each) low-sodium navy beans, drained
- 6 strips thick-cut bacon, chopped
- 1 medium yellow onion, chopped
- 1/2 cup brown sugar
- 1/2 cup ketchup
- 2 tablespoons yellow mustard
- 2 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a skillet over medium heat, cook the chopped bacon until crispy. Remove and set aside.
- Using the bacon drippings, sauté the chopped onion until translucent (about 5 minutes).
- In a large mixing bowl, combine the drained navy beans, cooked bacon, sautéed onions, brown sugar, ketchup, mustard, and Worcestershire sauce.
