  • 1 lb large shrimp, peeled and deveined
  • 2 ripe avocados, diced
  • 1 cup fresh corn kernels (or 1 cup frozen corn)
  • 1 small red onion, finely chopped

  • 3 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
  • 2 tbsp fresh lime juice
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions
