  • 8 corn tortillas
  • 2 cups red enchilada sauce (store-bought or homemade)
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/2 cup sour cream

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C) and grease a baking dish.
  2. In a skillet over medium heat, brown the ground beef for 7-10 minutes; drain excess fat.
