Description

  • 1 lb pizza dough (store-bought or homemade)
  • 4 large eggs
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 4 slices cooked bacon, crumbled
  • 1/2 cup diced bell peppers
  • 3 tbsp pesto sauce

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 450°F (230°C), placing a pizza stone inside if using.
  2. Roll out the pizza dough on a floured surface to about 12 inches in diameter and transfer it to a baking sheet.
  3. Spread pesto sauce over the dough followed by shredded cheddar cheese, crumbled bacon, and diced bell peppers.
  4. Crack eggs over the top, adding one per slice or more as desired.
  5. Bake for 12-15 minutes until the crust is golden brown and eggs are cooked to your preference.
  6. Cool slightly before slicing, drizzle with additional pesto if desired, and serve warm.
