  • 12 oz fettuccine pasta
  • 1 lb large shrimp, peeled and deveined
  • 2 tbsp Cajun spice mix
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1 cup freshly grated Parmesan cheese
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 tbsp butter
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Cook the fettuccine in salted boiling water until al dente (8-10 minutes). Drain and set aside.
  2. In a skillet, melt butter over medium heat. Sauté garlic until fragrant. Add heavy cream and stir well.
  3. Gradually whisk in Parmesan cheese until melted. Stir in Cajun spice mix.
