- ½ cup unsalted butter, melted
- ¾ cup granulated sugar
- 16 oz cream cheese, softened
- ½ cup sour cream
- 3 large eggs
- 1 tsp ground cinnamon
- 2 cups chopped Granny Smith apples
- ½ cup caramel sauce
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 325°F (160°C).
- In a mixing bowl, combine graham cracker crumbs, melted butter, and ¼ cup sugar. Press the mixture into the bottom of a greased baking dish.
- In another bowl, beat softened cream cheese until smooth. Add sour cream, eggs, and remaining sugar along with cinnamon. Mix until well incorporated.
- Gently fold in chopped apples.
- Pour filling over the crust and bake for 40-45 minutes until set but slightly jiggly in the center.
- Allow to cool completely before refrigerating for at least two hours. Cut into bars and drizzle with caramel sauce before serving.
