- 2 cups heavy cream
- 2 cups shredded sharp cheddar cheese
- 1 cup shredded Gruyère cheese
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 4 tablespoons butter

- 1 cup toasted breadcrumbs for topping
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and grease a 9×13-inch baking dish.
- Slice the peeled russet potatoes into thin rounds, about an eighth of an inch thick.
