- 1 lb lean ground beef
- 1 cup ricotta cheese
- 1.5 cups shredded mozzarella cheese (divided)
- 2 cups marinara sauce

- 1 tsp garlic powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C) and spray a baking dish with nonstick cooking spray.
- Boil salted water in a large pot; cook jumbo pasta shells until al dente (about 9 minutes). Drain and set aside.
- In a skillet over medium heat, sauté lean ground beef until browned (about 5-7 minutes), adding garlic powder and Italian seasoning.
- In a bowl, mix ricotta cheese with half of the mozzarella, salt, and pepper.
- Stuff each shell with the ricotta mixture followed by sautéed ground beef. Place upright in the baking dish.
- Pour marinara sauce over the stuffed shells and sprinkle remaining mozzarella on top.
