Description

  • 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 1 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1 cup buttermilk
  • 2 tsp baking powder
  • 1/4 cup maple syrup
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper
  • 1/2 tsp garlic powder
  • Vegetable oil (for frying)

Instructions
