Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a muffin tin with paper liners.
- Mash the ripe bananas in a large bowl until smooth.
- Mix in the eggs, melted butter, sugar, and vanilla until well combined.
- In another bowl, whisk together flour, baking powder, and salt.
- Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet mixture, stirring gently until just combined.
- Fold in the dark chocolate chips.
- Scoop the batter into muffin tins, filling each cup about three-quarters full.
- Bake for 18–20 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.
