  • 3 cups frozen shredded hash browns
  • 4 large eggs
  • 6 slices of bacon
  • 1/4 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1 cup whole milk
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper
  • 2 tbsp vegetable oil

Instructions

  1. Heat vegetable oil in a skillet over medium heat. Cook hash browns for 6-8 minutes until golden brown and crispy.
  2. In another pan, fry bacon until crispy. Drain on paper towels, reserving 2 tbsp of grease.
  3. In the bacon pan, whisk in flour over medium heat until combined. Gradually add milk while whisking until thickened. Season with black pepper.
  4. In a nonstick skillet, fry eggs sunny-side-up.
  5. To serve, layer hash browns on plates, drizzle with gravy, and top each with an egg.
