- 2 lbs baby back pork ribs
- 1/4 cup brown sugar
- 1 tsp smoked paprika
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1/2 tsp cayenne pepper
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
- 1 cup ketchup
- 1/4 cup apple cider vinegar
- 2 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
- 1 tbsp Dijon mustard
Instructions
- Preheat your grill to medium heat (300°F). Remove the membrane from the back of the ribs and season both sides with a mixture of brown sugar, smoked paprika, garlic powder, cayenne pepper, salt, and black pepper.
- In a bowl, whisk together ketchup, apple cider vinegar, Worcestershire sauce, and Dijon mustard to create the sauce.
- Place seasoned ribs on the grill or in an oven. Cook for about two hours until tender.
- Brush with the homemade sauce and grill uncovered for another 30 minutes until caramelized.
- Let rest for 10 minutes before slicing and serving with extra sauce.
