Ingredients

  • 1 tbsp kosher salt
  • 1 tsp black pepper
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 2 tbsp brown sugar
  • 1 tbsp paprika
  • 1 cup BBQ sauce

Instructions

  3. Place ribs on indirect heat side of grill; cover and cook for 2 hours.
  4. Brush BBQ sauce generously on ribs; move to direct heat for 10 minutes per side to caramelize.
