- 1 can (12 oz) lager or ale
- 2 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
- 2 tsp garlic powder
- 2 tsp onion powder
- 2 tsp paprika
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 tsp black pepper
- 1 lemon, halved
- 2 tbsp honey (for glazing)
Instructions
- Preheat grill to medium-high heat (375°F/190°C).
- Rinse and pat dry the chicken. Rub with olive oil.
- Season generously with garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, salt, and pepper.
- Open beer can, sip half, then insert into the chicken cavity along with lemon halves.
