Description

  • 1/2 cup creamy or crunchy peanut butter
  • 1/4 cup dark chocolate chips (for dipping)
  • 2 tbsp chopped nuts (optional)

Instructions

  1. Peel and slice the ripe bananas into thick rounds (about 1/2 inch).
  2. Spread a generous layer of peanut butter on one side of each banana slice.
  3. Create little sandwiches by stacking another banana slice on top.
  4. Arrange the banana bites on a parchment-lined baking sheet and freeze for about 2 hours until solid.
