Ingredients

  • 4 ripe grapefruits (about 2 cups juice)
  • 4 cups filtered water
  • 1/2 cup sugar (or sweetener to taste)
  • 1/2 cup freshly squeezed lime juice
  • Fresh mint leaves (optional for garnish)

Instructions

  1. Juice the grapefruits using a citrus juicer until you have about 2 cups of fresh grapefruit juice. Strain to remove pulp if desired.
  2. In a large pitcher, combine the grapefruit juice with 4 cups of filtered water. Adjust the water amount for your preferred flavor intensity.
  3. Gradually stir in the sugar or sweetener until dissolved. Taste and adjust sweetness as needed.
