  • 1 medium zucchini (200g), sliced into thick rounds
  • 1 medium red onion, cut into wedges
  • 1 cup cherry tomatoes (150g)
  • 1 cup mushrooms (cremini or button)
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Wash and cut the vegetables into specified sizes.
