  • 1 pound spicy or mild sausage
  • 8 ounces cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup shredded sharp cheddar cheese
  • ¼ cup green onions, chopped
  • 24 wonton wrappers
  • Hot sauce (to taste)

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. In a skillet over medium heat, cook the sausage until browned and crumbly. Drain excess grease.
