Description

  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 3 tbsp low-sodium soy sauce
  • 2 cloves garlic (minced)
  • 1 tbsp honey
  • 1 tbsp toasted sesame seeds

Instructions

  1. Preheat the grill to medium-high heat.
  2. Slice the zucchini into thick rounds or wedges.
  3. In a bowl, toss the zucchini slices with olive oil, soy sauce, minced garlic, and honey until well coated.
