- 20 wonton wrappers
- 2 tbsp low-sodium soy sauce
- 1 tsp sesame oil

Instructions
- Heat a large skillet over medium heat. Add ground pork and sauté until browned, breaking it apart as it cooks. Drain excess fat.
- Add shredded cabbage, grated carrots, and chopped green onions to the skillet. Stir-fry until tender yet crisp, about 5 minutes.
- In a small bowl, beat eggs with soy sauce and sesame oil. Pour into the skillet and stir until well-coated.
- Place about 2 tablespoons of filling in each wonton wrapper and fold tightly into triangles.
- Pan-fry in oil until golden brown on each side or bake at 400°F for about 10 minutes until crispy.
