Description

Ingredients

  • 2 tablespoons unflavored gelatin
  • 1 cup boiling water
  • Cooking spray (for the mold)
  • Optional: Sprinkles or edible glitter

Instructions

  1. Lightly spray your candy mold with cooking spray.
  2. Boil 1 cup of water in a saucepan and set aside.
  3. In a bowl, mix the boiling water with 1 cup of Jello powder and 2 tablespoons of unflavored gelatin until fully dissolved.
  4. Carefully pour the mixture into the prepared mold, filling each cavity about three-quarters full.
  5. Refrigerate for at least 4 hours or until completely set.
  6. Once set, gently pop out the Jello Candy Melts from the molds and serve on a colorful platter.
