Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 lb sirloin steak, cut into 1-inch cubes
  • 1 red bell pepper, cut into chunks
  • 1 green bell pepper, cut into chunks
  • 1 yellow bell pepper, cut into chunks
  • 1 medium red onion, cut into large pieces
  • 1 medium zucchini, sliced into thick rounds
  • 3 tbsp olive oil
  • 2 tsp garlic powder
  • 4 tbsp soy sauce

  6. Grill kabobs for approximately 10-15 minutes, turning occasionally until desired doneness is achieved.
