- 1 lb sirloin steak, cut into 1-inch cubes
- 1 red bell pepper, cut into chunks
- 1 green bell pepper, cut into chunks
- 1 yellow bell pepper, cut into chunks
- 1 medium red onion, cut into large pieces
- 1 medium zucchini, sliced into thick rounds
- 3 tbsp olive oil
- 2 tsp garlic powder
- 4 tbsp soy sauce
- 2 tbsp lemon juice
Instructions
- Prepare the ingredients by cutting the steak and vegetables as indicated.
- Make the marinade by whisking together olive oil, garlic powder, soy sauce, and lemon juice in a bowl.
- Marinate the steak by placing cubes in a resealable bag or bowl and pouring half of the marinade over them. Seal or cover and refrigerate for at least one hour (overnight is ideal).
- Assemble kabobs by threading alternating pieces of steak and vegetables onto skewers.
- Preheat the grill to medium-high (about 400°F/200°C).
