  • 3 tbsp Korean gochujang sauce
  • 3 cloves fresh garlic, minced
  • 4 green onions, chopped
  • 1 tbsp sesame oil
  • 2 tbsp low-sodium soy sauce
  • 1 tbsp brown sugar

Instructions

  1. Gather and prep all ingredients: chop green onions and mince garlic.
  2. In a large skillet over medium heat, brown the ground beef for about 5–7 minutes until no longer pink. Break apart as it cooks.
  3. Add minced garlic to the skillet and sauté for about 1 minute until fragrant.
  4. Stir in gochujang sauce, soy sauce, and brown sugar; cook for an additional 2 minutes.
  5. Drizzle sesame oil into the mixture and add chopped green onions; stir well.
