- 4 garlic cloves, minced
- 1/2 cup freshly squeezed lemon juice
- 1/4 cup olive oil
- 1/4 cup chopped fresh herbs (parsley, thyme, or rosemary)
- 1 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
- 2 tbsp low-sodium soy sauce
- 2 tbsp balsamic vinegar
Instructions
- In a bowl, mix olive oil, lemon juice, minced garlic, chopped herbs, salt, pepper, soy sauce, and balsamic vinegar until well combined.
- Place chicken breasts in a resealable bag or shallow dish and pour the marinade over them. Seal the bag or cover the dish and refrigerate for at least 1 hour.

- Remove chicken from marinade and grill for about 6-7 minutes per side until cooked through with nice grill marks.
