- 4 salmon fillets (6 oz each)
- 1/4 cup freshly squeezed lemon juice
- 2 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil
- 2 tablespoons chopped fresh dill
- 2 tablespoons chopped fresh parsley

- 1 teaspoon sea salt
- 1/2 teaspoon freshly cracked black pepper
Instructions

- Place salmon fillets in a shallow dish and pour half of the marinade over them. Let marinate in the fridge for at least 30 minutes.

- Remove salmon from marinade, discarding leftover marinade. Place skin-side down on the grill and cook for about 6 minutes per side or until flaky.
