- 4 cups water (for cooking sago)
- 1 cup full-fat coconut milk
- 2 ripe mangoes (about 2 cups diced)
- 2 tablespoons sugar (adjust to taste)

Instructions
- Rinse the sago pearls under cold water. Bring 4 cups of water to a boil in a pot, then add the pearls. Cook for 10-15 minutes until translucent.
- Drain and rinse the cooked pearls under cold water to stop the cooking process.
- Peel and dice the mangoes, then blend them with coconut milk and sugar until smooth.
- In a bowl, mix the cooled sago pearls with the mango puree gently.
