  • 2 Puff Pastry Sheets (thawed)
  • 1 lb Ground Meat (beef, chicken, or turkey)
  • 1 cup Cheddar Cheese (shredded)
  • 1 cup Mozzarella Cheese (shredded)
  • 1/2 cup Chopped Onions
  • 1/2 cup Chopped Bell Peppers
  • 1 cup Fresh Spinach (chopped)
  • 1 tsp Salt
  • 1 tsp Pepper
  • 1 tsp Garlic Powder
  • 1 tsp Italian Herbs
  • 1 Egg (for egg wash)

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. In a skillet over medium heat, cook ground meat until browned. Add onions and bell peppers; cook until softened. Stir in spinach and season with salt, pepper, garlic powder, and Italian herbs.
  3. Roll out puff pastry sheets on a floured surface and cut into squares (5 inches wide).
  4. Place filling on one half of each square, top with cheese, fold over, and seal edges using a fork.
  5. Brush tops with whisked egg for a golden finish.
  6. Bake for 20–25 minutes until golden brown.
