- 1 cup pomegranate juice
- 1/4 cup brown sugar
- 2 tbsp low-sodium soy sauce
- 1 tbsp cider vinegar
- Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C). Season the chicken breasts with salt and pepper and place them in a baking dish.
- In a saucepan over medium heat, combine the pomegranate juice, brown sugar, soy sauce, and cider vinegar. Stir until thickened, about 5-7 minutes.
