- In another bowl, whisk eggs, milk, oil, and vanilla until combined.
- Combine wet and dry ingredients gently; do not overmix.
- Fill each liner halfway with batter, place a Reese’s Cup upside down in each, then top with more batter until two-thirds full.
- Bake for 18-20 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean. Let cool completely before frosting.
- For frosting, beat butter with powdered sugar and peanut butter until fluffy. Frost cooled cupcakes generously.
