- 200g fresh green beans, trimmed
- 1 cup jasmine rice (185g)
- 1/4 cup low-sodium soy sauce (60ml)
- 2 tbsp honey (30g)
- 1 tbsp sesame oil (15ml)
- 1 tbsp rice vinegar (15ml)
- 2 tbsp olive oil for sautéing
Instructions
- Prepare the ingredients: Wash green beans and trim their ends. Cut chicken into bite-sized pieces.
- Marinate the chicken: In a bowl, mix soy sauce, honey, sesame oil, minced garlic, and rice vinegar. Add chicken pieces and stir until coated. Let marinate for at least 15 minutes.

- Cook the chicken: In another skillet over medium-high heat, add oil and cook marinated chicken until golden brown and cooked through, about 8 minutes.
