  • 4 oz smoked turkey breast
  • 2 oz sharp cheddar cheese, sliced
  • 2 slices whole grain bread
  • 1 cup fresh spinach, washed
  • 1 tbsp Dijon mustard
  • 1 tbsp unsalted butter

Instructions

  1. Preheat a nonstick skillet over medium heat.
