- 1 can (15 oz) chickpeas, drained and rinsed
- 1/4 cup pure maple syrup
- 2 tsp olive oil
- 1 tsp cumin
- 1 tsp paprika
- 1/2 tsp chili powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1 cup Greek yogurt
- 2 tbsp lemon juice
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C).
- In a large bowl, combine chickpeas with olive oil, cumin, paprika, salt, and pepper. Toss until well coated.
- In another bowl, mix together maple syrup, minced garlic, chili powder, and lemon juice.
