Description

  • 1 ½ cups graham cracker crumbs
  • ½ cup unsalted butter, melted
  • ½ cup granulated sugar
  • 16 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 2 cups fresh strawberries, sliced
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). In a bowl, mix graham cracker crumbs, melted butter, and sugar until combined. Press into the bottom of a greased springform pan and bake for 8-10 minutes until golden.
  2. In another bowl, beat cream cheese until smooth. Add sour cream, sugar, and vanilla; blend until creamy.
  3. Pour half the filling over the crust. Layer sliced strawberries on top and pour in remaining filling.
  4. Bake for about 60 minutes until the center is slightly jiggly. Let cool in the oven with the door ajar for one hour.
  5. Chill in the refrigerator for at least four hours or overnight before serving.
