- 1 lb lean ground beef
- 8 small flour or corn tortillas
- 1 cup salsa (your choice)

- 2 tbsp taco seasoning
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and lightly grease a baking dish with nonstick spray.
- In a skillet over medium heat, brown the ground beef. Add diced onions halfway through until softened.
- Drain excess fat, then stir in taco seasoning and half the salsa. Let it simmer for 5 minutes.
- Spread some salsa at the bottom of the baking dish. Layer half of the tortillas, followed by half of the meat mixture and half of the cheese. Repeat layers until ingredients are used up.
- Cover with foil and bake for 25 minutes. Remove foil in the last five minutes to brown the cheese.
