- 1 cup brewed espresso (cooled)

- 1 cup heavy whipping cream

Instructions
- Gather all ingredients and tools. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) if baking layers instead of using ladyfingers.
- Brew one cup of strong espresso or coffee and allow it to cool.
- In a large bowl, whip heavy cream and sugar with an electric mixer until soft peaks form.
- In another bowl, gently fold mascarpone cheese into the whipped cream mixture until well combined.
- Briefly dip each ladyfinger in the cooled espresso; avoid soaking them completely.
- In individual serving cups or small molds, layer soaked ladyfingers followed by the mascarpone mixture. Repeat layers until filled, finishing with cream on top.
- Dust cocoa powder over the top before serving and refrigerate for at least two hours to set.
