Description

Traeger Corn on the Cob is the ultimate summer side dish that transforms sweet, juicy corn into a smoky delight. Ingredients

  • 4 ears fresh sweet corn
  • 4 tbsp unsalted butter, softened
  • 1 tsp sea salt
  • 1/2 tsp freshly cracked black pepper
  • 1 tsp chili powder or garlic powder (optional)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your Traeger grill to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Shuck the corn, removing silk and husks; rinse briefly under cold water.
  3. Generously coat each ear with softened butter and sprinkle with salt and pepper. Add optional seasonings if desired.
  4. Place seasoned corn directly on the grill grates and close the lid. Grill for 20-25 minutes, turning occasionally until tender.
  5. Remove from the grill and toss in additional melted butter if desired. Serve hot.
