- 1 oz Au Jus Gravy Mix (1 packet)
- 1 oz Ranch Dressing Mix (1 packet)
- 1/2 cup unsalted Butter (1 stick)
- 6–8 Pepperoncini Peppers (or Banana Peppers)
Instructions
- Preheat the Traeger grill to smoke mode at 225°F (107°C).
- Season the beef chuck roast with salt and pepper.
- In a baking dish, mix Au Jus gravy mix and ranch dressing mix. Place the seasoned roast in the dish, adding peppers and butter.
- Close the grill lid and cook for 4-6 hours until the meat reaches an internal temperature of 190°F (88°C) and shreds easily.
