  • 34 lbs Beef Chuck Roast
  • 1 oz Au Jus Gravy Mix (1 packet)
  • 1 oz Ranch Dressing Mix (1 packet)
  • 1/2 cup unsalted Butter (1 stick)
  • 68 Pepperoncini Peppers (or Banana Peppers)

Instructions

  1. Preheat the Traeger grill to smoke mode at 225°F (107°C).
  2. Season the beef chuck roast with salt and pepper.
  3. In a baking dish, mix Au Jus gravy mix and ranch dressing mix. Place the seasoned roast in the dish, adding peppers and butter.
  4. Close the grill lid and cook for 4-6 hours until the meat reaches an internal temperature of 190°F (88°C) and shreds easily.
  5. Let rest for 30 minutes before shredding and serving with gravy.
