Ingredients

  • 4 cups seedless watermelon chunks (about 1 small watermelon)
  • 1/4 cup fresh lime juice (about 2 limes)
  • 2 tablespoons raw honey
  • Popsicle molds

Instructions

  1. Cut the seedless watermelon into chunks and place them in a blender.
  2. Blend until smooth, approximately 30 seconds.
  3. Add fresh lime juice and honey; blend again until well combined.
  4. Taste the mixture and adjust sweetness or tartness as desired.
  5. Pour the mixture into popsicle molds, leaving some space at the top.
  6. Insert sticks and freeze for at least 6 hours or overnight.
  7. To release the popsicles, run warm water over the outside of the molds.
