Ingredients

For the Veggies
  • 2 cups Kale leaves washed and dried
  • 2 medium Sweet potatoes sliced thinly
  • 2 medium Zucchini sliced thinly
  • 2 medium Beets sliced thinly
For the Seasoning
  • 2 tablespoons Olive oil for coating
  • 1 teaspoon Sea salt to taste
  • 1 teaspoon Paprika smoked paprika optional
  • 1 teaspoon Garlic powder

Method

Preparation
  1. Choose your veggies! Start with your favorite vegetables like sweet potatoes, kale, or zucchini. Wash and dry them thoroughly to ensure crispiness.
  2. Slice thinly. Use a sharp knife or mandoline to cut the veggies into uniform, thin slices—about 1/8 inch thick.
  3. Season generously. Toss the veggie slices in a bowl with olive oil, salt, and any desired spices or herbs until every piece is coated evenly.
  4. Preheat the air fryer. Set your air fryer to 350°F and let it preheat for about 3-5 minutes.
  5. Arrange in a single layer. Place the seasoned veggie slices in the air fryer basket in a single layer, avoiding overlap.
  6. Cook for 15-20 minutes. Air fry the chips for 15-20 minutes, shaking the basket halfway through.
  7. Cool before serving. Once cooked, let the veggie chips cool slightly on a wire rack.
