Ingredients
  

Ribs
  • 2 lbs pork ribs baby back or spare ribs
Dry Rub
  • 2 tbsp brown sugar
  • 1 tbsp paprika
  • 1 tbsp salt
  • 1 tbsp black pepper
  • 1 tbsp garlic powder
  • 1 tbsp onion powder
  • 1 tsp cayenne pepper optional for heat
BBQ Sauce
  • 1 cup BBQ sauce store-bought or homemade

Method
 

Prepare the Ribs
  1. Preheat your grill to medium heat (about 300°F).
  2. Remove the membrane from the back of the ribs for better flavor and tenderness.
  3. In a bowl, mix all the dry rub ingredients together.
  4. Rub the mixture generously over both sides of the ribs.
Cook the Ribs
  1. Wrap the ribs in aluminum foil and place them on the grill.
  2. Cook for about 2.5 to 3 hours, maintaining a consistent temperature.
  3. After 2.5 hours, carefully unwrap the ribs and brush with BBQ sauce.
  4. Grill for an additional 30 minutes, basting with more sauce every 10 minutes.
Serve
  1. Remove the ribs from the grill and let them rest for 10 minutes before slicing.
  2. Serve with extra BBQ sauce on the side.

Notes
