Ingredients
  

Pasta
  • 12 oz Penne pasta or any pasta of choice
Sauce
  • 8 oz Boursin cheese Garlic & Herb flavor recommended
  • 1 cup Heavy cream
  • 1 cup Pasta cooking water reserved from boiling pasta
  • 1 tbsp Olive oil
  • 1 tsp Garlic minced
  • 1 tsp Salt to taste
  • 1/2 tsp Black pepper to taste
Garnish
  • 1/4 cup Fresh parsley chopped
  • 1/4 cup Parmesan cheese grated

Method
 

Cook the Pasta
  1. Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil. Add the penne pasta and cook according to package instructions until al dente. Reserve 1 cup of pasta cooking water, then drain the pasta in a colander.
Prepare the Sauce
  1. In a skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add minced garlic and sauté for about 1 minute until fragrant.
  2. Reduce heat to low and add the Boursin cheese and heavy cream. Stir until the cheese is melted and the mixture is smooth.
  3. Gradually add the reserved pasta cooking water, stirring until the sauce reaches your desired consistency.
  4. Season with salt and black pepper to taste.
Combine and Serve
  1. Add the cooked pasta to the skillet and toss to coat in the sauce. Cook for an additional 2 minutes to heat through.
  2. Serve hot, garnished with chopped parsley and grated Parmesan cheese.
