Ingredients
Method
- Boil water: Start by bringing 2 cups of water to a rolling boil in a kettle.
- Steep tea: Once the water is boiling, remove it from heat and add 2 tablespoons of Earl Grey tea leaves. Let it steep for about 5 minutes.
- Add cherries: After steeping, stir in 1 cup of pitted and halved fresh cherries. Allow them to simmer gently in the tea for another 5 minutes.
- Strain mixture: Carefully pour the mixture through a fine mesh strainer into a large bowl or pitcher.
- Mix with milk: In another saucepan, heat 1 cup of milk over medium-low heat until warm but not boiling. Gradually whisk in the strained tea infusion until well combined.
- Serve hot: Pour your Cherry Earl Grey Milk Tea into mugs, and enjoy while it's warm! You can garnish with a few whole cherries on top for an extra touch of elegance.
