Ingredients
  

Marinade
  • 1 tablespoon chili powder
  • 1 teaspoon cumin
  • 2 tablespoons lime juice freshly squeezed
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon garlic minced
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
Salmon
  • 4 fillets salmon skin-on

Method
 

Prepare the Marinade
  1. In a mixing bowl, whisk together chili powder, cumin, lime juice, olive oil, garlic, salt, and black pepper.
Marinate the Salmon
  1. Place the salmon fillets in a shallow dish and pour the marinade over them. Let marinate for at least 15 minutes.
Grill the Salmon
  1. Preheat the grill to medium-high heat. Grill the salmon for about 4-5 minutes on each side, or until cooked through and flaky.
Serve
  1. Remove from the grill and serve immediately with lime wedges.
