Ingredients
  

  • 1 medium green cabbage
  • 2 tablespoon Extra Virgin Olive Oil
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • ½ teaspoon paprika
  • ¼ teaspoon kosher salt
  • ¼ teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 cup Greek Yogurt
  • 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
  • 1 tablespoon whole grain mustard
  • ½ lemon juiced
  • 1 clove garlic minced
  • ¼ teaspoon salt
  • ¼ teaspoon fresh cracked black pepper

Method
 

  1. Cut cabbage into wedges, leaving the core intact to hold it together.
  2. Combine olive oil, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper. Mix well.
  3. Coat cabbage wedges with the seasoning mixture on both sides.
  4. Preheat the air fryer to 400°F/204°C. Cook for 10-15 minutes, flipping wedges over at the halfway point.
  5. To make the yogurt sauce, combine Greek yogurt, lemon juice, olive oil, garlic, mustard, salt, and pepper.
  6. Spoon yogurt sauce on a plate, topped with a cabbage wedge, and garnish with chili oil and fresh parsley.

Notes
