- Cut cabbage into wedges, leaving the core intact to hold it together.
- Combine olive oil, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper. Mix well.
- Coat cabbage wedges with the seasoning mixture on both sides.
- Preheat the air fryer to 400°F/204°C. Cook for 10-15 minutes, flipping wedges over at the halfway point.
- To make the yogurt sauce, combine Greek yogurt, lemon juice, olive oil, garlic, mustard, salt, and pepper.
- Spoon yogurt sauce on a plate, topped with a cabbage wedge, and garnish with chili oil and fresh parsley.
