  • 8 oz Gluten-free pasta
  • 1 tablespoon Olive oil
  • 1 cup Butternut Squash Frozen
  • ¾ cup Yellow Onion Diced
  • 2 tablespoon Cashew Butter
  • 1 tablespoon Garlic Minced
  • 1 cup Chicken Bone Broth
  • 1 tablespoon Nutritional Yeast
  • 1.5 tablespoon Lemon Juice
  • 1 teaspoon Sage
  • 1 teaspoon Rosemary
  • 1 teaspoon Thyme
  • Salt To taste
  • Pepper To taste

Method
 

Cooking Steps
  1. Boil a pot of water and cook pasta according to the package.
  2. Heat a pan to medium heat and add the olive oil. Then add butternut squash, yellow onion, and garlic to the pan and sauté until the butternut squash is fork tender.
  3. Add the butternut squash, onion, and garlic to a food processor. Then add chicken bone broth, nutritional yeast, cashew butter, sage, thyme, rosemary, lemon juice, salt, and pepper to the food processor. Blend until smooth.
  4. Add the sauce to the pasta in a large pot and combine until the pasta is coated evenly.
  5. Serve and enjoy!
