Ingredients
  

  • 1 large egg
  • 1/4 cup 2% or skim milk
  • 1 cup plain breadcrumbs
  • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon cayenne pepper
  • 1 teaspoon kosher salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon ground black pepper
  • 1 (20 oz) package refrigerated or frozen ravioli
  • Nonstick cooking spray
  • Warmed marinara sauce for serving

Method
 

  1. In a shallow bowl, whisk the egg and milk together until smooth.
  2. Combine breadcrumbs, Parmesan, Italian seasoning, garlic powder, onion powder, cayenne, salt, and pepper in a separate shallow bowl.
  3. Dip ravioli in the egg mixture, then roll in breadcrumbs until fully coated. Place on a plate.
  4. Preheat air fryer to 375°F for 3 minutes. Spray the basket well with cooking spray and working in batches, lay ravioli in a single layer in the basket, being careful not to overcrowd.
  5. Spray ravioli well with cooking spray.
  6. Air fry ravioli at 375°F for 4-6 minutes until golden brown, flipping ravioli halfway through baking. Repeat cooking with remaining ravioli.
  7. Immediately serve toasted ravioli warm with marinara sauce for dipping.
