Bread and Spreads
  • 1 large loaf bloomer bread
  • 3 TB mayonnaise
  • 2-3 pieces sun-dried tomatoes minced
  • 1 TB yellow mustard
Meat and Cheese
  • 5 slices wafer-thin smoked ham
  • 5 slices roast beef
  • 5 slices roast chicken
  • 5 slices mortadella
  • 3 slices Swiss cheese
  • 3 slices cheddar cheese
  • 1 large fried egg for topping
Vegetables
  • 1 large tomato sliced
  • 1 head iceberg lettuce shredded

Method
 

Preparation
  1. Mix the mayonnaise with the sun-dried tomatoes and mustard in a mixing bowl.
  2. Slice the loaf in half, hollowing out some of the bread if desired, then spread both sides with the mayo mixture.
Layering
  1. Begin layering with the cheeses, then add the meats in the following order: smoked ham, roast beef, roast chicken, and mortadella.
  2. Top layers with tomato slices, followed by shredded lettuce.
Chill and Serve
  1. Complete the sandwich and wrap it tightly in plastic wrap.
  2. Place in the fridge for at least 30 minutes to chill before slicing and serving.
