  • 2 lb strawberries
  • 1 pint blueberries
  • 8 ounces mozzarella pearls
  • handful fresh basil
Dressing
  • 2 tablespoon honey
  • 2 tablespoon balsamic vinegar
  • ¼ cup olive oil
  • ½ teaspoon salt
  • ¼ teaspoon ground black pepper

Method
 

Preparation
  1. Clean, hull, and slice the strawberries. Drain the mozzarella. Chiffonade the basil.
  2. In a small bowl, combine honey, balsamic vinegar, olive oil, salt, and pepper. Whisk until combined.
  3. Combine strawberries, blueberries, mozzarella pearls, and basil in a large bowl.
  4. Pour the dressing on top of the salad and toss to combine. Let stand for 15 minutes before serving.
