Ingredients
  

Base Ingredients
  • 2 cups frozen pineapple chunks
  • 1 cup coconut milk full-fat for creaminess
  • 1 tablespoon sugar optional, adjust to taste
  • 1 teaspoon lime juice for added flavor

Method
 

Prepare the Mixture
  1. In a blender, combine frozen pineapple chunks, coconut milk, sugar, and lime juice.
  2. Blend until smooth and creamy.
Chill and Serve
  1. If using an ice cream maker, pour the mixture into the machine and churn according to the manufacturer's instructions.
  2. If not, pour the mixture into a container and freeze for about 2 hours, stirring every 30 minutes until it reaches a soft-serve consistency.
  3. Scoop into bowls and enjoy!
