Ingredients
  

Vegetables
  • 8 pieces Red radishes Fresh and firm
  • 1 large Cucumber Thin-skinned variety preferred
Garnish
  • 1 tablespoon Fresh dill Chopped, for garnish
  • 1 tablespoon Lemon juice Freshly squeezed

Method
 

Prepare the Radishes
  1. Wash the radishes thoroughly and trim the tops and tails.
  2. Using a sharp knife, carefully slice each radish into thin rounds, about 1/8 inch thick.
  3. To create the rose shape, take a slice and gently roll it into a spiral, securing with a toothpick if necessary.
Prepare the Cucumber
  1. Wash the cucumber and peel it if desired.
  2. Cut the cucumber into thin strips using a peeler or knife.
  3. Wrap the cucumber strips around the radish roses to create a decorative effect.
Serve
  1. Arrange the radish and cucumber roses on a serving platter.
  2. Drizzle with lemon juice and sprinkle with chopped dill before serving.
